1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.wisewitchherbs.com (the “Site”) and all products, digital downloads, and consultation services offered by:

  • Wise Witch Herbs, LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Michigan, USA, and

  • Wise Witch Herbs, a sole trader business registered in England, United Kingdom

(collectively, “Wise Witch Herbs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Site, purchasing a product, booking a consultation, or otherwise using our services, you (“you,” “client,” or “customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products or book a consultation on your own behalf. Clients under the age of 18 may only receive services with the accompaniment and written consent of a parent or legal guardian, in accordance with our Client Consent & Service Agreement.

3. Our Offerings

Wise Witch Herbs offers the following types of products and services, each governed by these Terms:

  • Herbal Tinctures — physical products, currently sold and shipped within the United States only

  • Digital Guides — downloadable digital products, available for purchase worldwide

  • 1:1 Herbal Consultations — à la carte sessions and multi-month support packages, delivered virtually

4. Products (Tinctures & Digital Guides)

4.1 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including ingredients and intended use. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions are error-free.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) for tinctures and, where applicable, in both USD and GBP for consultations. Prices are subject to change without notice, though changes will not affect orders already placed.

4.3 Payment

Payment is processed securely through Squarespace Payments at the time of purchase. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4.4 Shipping (Tinctures Only)

Tinctures are shipped within the United States only, via USPS, within 2–3 business days of purchase. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once an order has left our facility. Shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

4.5 Digital Delivery (Digital Guides Only)

Digital guides are made available for immediate download directly on the order confirmation page at checkout. We do not email a copy of your purchase. It is your responsibility to download your file at the time of purchase. If you experience an issue accessing your download, contact us at wisewitchherbs@gmail.com and we will assist you in retrieving your purchase.

4.6 Returns & Refunds — Physical Products

Due to the nature of herbal supplement products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in the case of a bottle damaged during shipping. To request a replacement for a damaged bottle:

Claims submitted after 72 hours, or without photo proof, will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

4.7 Returns & Refunds — Digital Products

Because digital guides are delivered instantly and are inherently non-returnable once downloaded, all digital product sales are final. No refunds will be issued for digital guides.

4.8 Allergen & Ingredient Disclosure

Full ingredient lists are provided on each product page. It is your responsibility to review the ingredient list prior to purchase, particularly if you have known allergies or sensitivities. See our Medical Disclaimer for additional important safety information.

5. Consultations & 1:1 Services

5.1 Nature of Services

Wise Witch Herbs provides clinical herbalism consultations, which may include herbal recommendations, lifestyle guidance, and general wellness support. These services are not medical care. See our Medical Disclaimer for full details.

5.2 Booking

Consultations are booked through our scheduling platform (Honeybook). A free 15-minute Discovery Call is available prior to booking a paid consultation, to determine fit.

5.3 Payment for Packages

Multi-session packages (3-month, 6-month, and 9-month) may be paid in full or split into installments, as outlined at the time of booking. Each installment is charged prior to your next scheduled appointment. Failure to remit payment prior to an appointment may result in rescheduling of that appointment until payment is received.

5.4 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice at no charge.

  • Cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full session rate.

  • This policy applies to both à la carte appointments and sessions within a multi-session package.

5.5 Refunds on Consultations

All consultation and package fees are non-refundable. This includes the unused portion of a multi-session package should you choose to discontinue services partway through. We encourage you to use your free Discovery Call to ensure fit before booking a paid consultation or package.

5.6 Minors

Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for all consultations, and that parent or legal guardian must sign our Client Consent & Service Agreement prior to the first session.

6. No Medical Advice

Nothing provided by Wise Witch Herbs — including product descriptions, consultation content, digital guides, blog content, or social media content — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please see our full Medical Disclaimer for details. By using our Site or services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of that Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product formulations, digital guides, and images — is the property of Wise Witch Herbs and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content, including our digital guides, without our express written permission. Digital guide purchases are licensed for personal use only and may not be resold, shared, or redistributed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wise Witch Herbs, LLC and Wise Witch Herbs (sole trader), along with their owner, employees, and contractors, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products, digital guides, or consultation services, including but not limited to any adverse reaction to an herbal product or any outcome (or lack thereof) from a consultation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including UK consumer protection law, where applicable to UK clients).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wise Witch Herbs, LLC and Wise Witch Herbs (sole trader) from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our products or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Governing Law

For clients purchasing products or services through Wise Witch Herbs, LLC (US clients), these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

For clients purchasing products or services through Wise Witch Herbs (UK sole trader), these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
