What happens after I fill out the form?

I'll personally review your submission and get back to you within 3-5 business days to schedule your free discovery call.

Is the discovery call really free?

Yes, no strings attached. It's a chance for us to talk through what's going on and see if we're the right fit before you commit to anything.

Do I need to know exactly what's going on before I reach out?

Not at all. You don't need a clear diagnosis or the "right" words for what you're experiencing — just tell me what's bringing you here, and we'll figure the rest out together.

Do you only work with clients in the UK or US?

I work with clients across both the US and UK, entirely virtually — so wherever you're based, we can work together.

What if I'm not ready to book a package yet — can I still reach out?

Absolutely. Many people start with a single consultation or just a few questions before deciding what level of support is right for them.

Can I ask questions before committing to anything?

Of course — the inquiry form is a great place to ask anything you're unsure about before booking, no pressure to move forward until you're ready.

What if I've never worked with an herbalist before?

That's completely fine — most of my clients are new to herbalism. I'll walk you through exactly what to expect, step by step.

I'm still not sure if this is right for me — should I reach out anyway?

Yes. The discovery call exists specifically for that reason — it's a low-pressure way to find out, with zero obligation either way.
